Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee or 50% of the scheduled service total (amount is dependent upon specific service scheduled).
  • After two (2) late cancellations or no-shows, a deposit will be required to book future appointments:
    • This deposit will be applied to your service total. If you no-show or late-cancel, the deposit will be forfeited.

Card on File

A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all appointments.
Your card will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Refund & Return Policy

  • We do not offer refunds on any services. If you have concerns about your service, please contact us within 3 days so we can make it right.
  • Retail products may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or replacement, provided they are gently used or in original condition.
